Although I did not see any pets or evidence of pets in this home, there was a "pet" odor when I walked in. The deck, patio and location are all positive features for this house. The home showed well, and was neat & clean. Some of the features of the home (cabinets) are dated.

Beautiful hardwood floors on main level and lot is private. My clients liked the rec room, walkout to patio & fireplace. They would prefer a full bath in the lower level. Shows well!

Home shows very well, kitchen a bit small and dated but everything else was great. My client is keeping it in the possible pile.
