Beautiful lot. Probably the nicest lot I have ever seen. The house shows nicely but there is a strong smell of smoke.

Nice house, great lot and well landscaped. There is alot of space in the home but it does smell of smoke. The lot is great though with the deck.

BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD! One of the most impressive I have seen...I agree with previous posters that there is a smell of smoke in the home.Large rooms are nice.Elevator is a plus for anyone with a disability.

Again... Lovely back yard with deck and screen porch. Nice Master suite & bath, but it has only one sink. Basement has strong smell of cat and is too cluttered.

Why is this house still "under contract"? Is it ever going to go to settlement?
