what a great house!! beautiful views, nice upgrades in the kitchen (other than the vinyl floor). New carpet & paint. Patio could use some work, with several boards warped, but Overall, a good house.

Shows very well! Lake views are awesome and the kitchen appliances and granite countertops are great as well as the new carpet & flooring. My clients commented on the lack of additional parking spaces available.

I love how you put the pros and cons. Normally the listing agent is supposed to HIDE the bad stuff. By listing the bad stuff, it makes your "Good stuff" 10 times more reliable.

This looks like a very comfy house! Lakefront houses are always great. Feeling the fresh breeze blowing on your face after waking up in the morning is just invigorating! I also like how you've installed new additions to the house, especially the new carpet. Carpeted floors are very relaxing to walk on, and they take away the inconvenience of treading on cold floors during the winter season.
