When we were looking at properties in Ashburn last summer, we saw two on Birdsnest Place and were really impressed. It seems like a great neighborhood, with kids playing together, families walking to the pool. When we list (and hopefully sell) our TH, we'll be sure to check out this property.

Birdsnest Pl is a great street in Ashburn. Although one of the oldest (if not the oldest) it has kept its appeal. The mature landscaping of full grown trees is so nice. Some downsides - residents can't fit their cars into the small garages - so cars fill the driveways. All in all - pleasant.
