Announcement From Loudoun Foreclosures
It's been a great journey the past two years as we have grown as writers and as real estate agents. However, recent developments have made realize that we need to each take one blog and develop our own voice independant of the other. As of today Tony will be taken over the controls at loudounstats.com while Danilo will be handling the reins at LoudounForeclosures.com.
Important: As of today, LoudounForeclosures.com has moved to a new host. If you are one of the readers who has LoudounForeclosures.com in your reader or if it's sent to you via email, you will need to visit LoudounForeclosures.com and re-subscribe in order to continue getting the latest updates/posts.
I stumbled on this website, and there is some good info on it. There are a lot of scam artists that lie about short sales and make the homeowners believe something that is incorrect about the process. If we get the word out there about the truth, then it should help out homeonwers that are seeking the truth. Short sales is a process that takes time and a lot of effort. Anyone that guarentees anything is probably lying.

Great site information. I'm near Charlotte, NC and we have the same problem. Most homeowners don't understand the process about loans and short sales, since most only buy a home a couple times in their lifetime.
