I met with Mr. and Mrs FSBO over the weekend (not there real names) About offering packages as you mention is your post. They like the idea but suggested that it is hard for consumers to decide which is best. I think you have helped with your description of the sellers. I like the "flex" choice option too. I am going to email this to Mr. and Mrs. FSBO - if that is there real name and see what they think. thanks
