Broadlands Sales are Slow

Current sales for the Broadlands subdivision have fallen off in the last month and continue a trend established in April.  Since the first of April, there have been only 20 homes go under contract in the Broadlands.  In the months of March and February there were 18 and 19 sales, respectively. 

With actives at 61, current inventory stands at a little over 5 months.
