How will the propsed Phil Bolen Memorial Park impact housing prices for those who live in Kincaid Forest neighborhood in Leesburg - especially those that border this land?

They are proposing construction of 17 lighted sports fields plus other facilities.

There is a public hearing July 17th, 2008 at 6pm at the Loudoun County Board of Supervisor's meeting room at the Loudoun County Govt. Center(1 Harisn Street, SE Leesburg, Virgnia)

Beth, Depending on the buffer created between the fields and the homeowners, a facility like that usually adds value to the overall area but homes directly adjacent to the lighted fields might have a harder time selling as compared to the others.
