Loudoun County inventory is at 1228 homes for sale. In March it was around 800. There was a bunch of pent up supply waiting to list due to the winter storms. The end of the tax credit did not increase supply nor did it decrease demand. Most everyone had either bought their house already or the tax credit wasn't a factor.
Oh my, more houses are on sale. Great post. It made me think if I should go there and check if there's something that is not too expensive.

More people are selling their house due to economic crisis. Well it's good, but make sure there'll be another home that we can get in smaller cost.

I believe that a franchise is not necessarily the best, often all the training that they attend is in house, and they are not open to external training providers (which can be very beneficial).
